Seventeen's Seungkwan to take hiatus due to health issues
Seventeen's Seungkwan is taking a hiatus due to health issues.
On July 3rd, Pledis Entertainment announced Seungkwan would not be promoting with the group for the time being. Pledis Entertainment stated, "Seventeen member Seungkwan recently visited the hospital and the medical staff advised it would be best for him to take time to rest and recover. The artist himself is determined to continue his activities but the company felt it would be better for him to focus on improving his health for the time being, as recommended by medical staff."
The label continued that Seungkwan will be sitting out the upcoming events including TMEA 2023, a fan signing event in China, and SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ TO SEOUL.
