NewJeans' Danielle to feature on sister Olivia Marsh’s debut track
NewJeans’ Danielle is lending her voice to support her older sister Olivia Marsh’s debut song.
This marks the first time Danielle has participated in a song feature.
Danielle has gained recognition for her vocal abilities, effortlessly delivering both low and high tones. Her stable live performances are also one of her strengths.
It has been revealed that Olivia's debut track, featuring Danielle’s vocals, will be an English song. With Danielle’s voice accompanying Olivia’s debut song, it’s expected to draw significant attention not only in Korea but also internationally.
On September 13th, Warner Music Korea, a part of Warner Music Group, announced the launch of their new global label, MPLIFY, with Olivia Marsh as their first artist.
MPLIFY described Olivia as "a talented and unique singer-songwriter from Australia" and noted that she has honed her skills by collaborating with K-pop producers and songwriters.
Olivia is set to debut in October. Olivia expressed her excitement, saying, "I can't wait to share my music with everyone."
Olivia Marsh, the older sister of NewJeans’ Danielle, was a child model with Danielle, captivating many with their fairy-like visuals. Before her debut, Olivia worked as a singer-songwriter under the stage name 'Livy,' her childhood nickname.
In April, she sang the OST 'LAVA' for the Coupang Play original series 'Hide', performing under the name 'Gyuna,' which raised speculation about her impending debut.
